Simon brings four decades of experience in the global medical technology sector, including senior leadership roles at Smith+Nephew, where he served as Vice President, Healthcare Systems and Vice President, Commercial Access. Across his career, he has helped shape commercial strategy, market access, healthcare system engagement, and adoption pathways for innovative medical technologies.
In this role, Simon will work closely with Embed Biotech’s Board and executive team to support the Company’s commercialisation strategy, with a focus on market access, reimbursement, pricing, healthcare system engagement, and patient access. His appointment strengthens Embed Biotech’s ability to prepare for the global introduction of its bioelectronic platform technology.
